As a Production Worker in Oss, you will work full-time on a weekly average schedule of 37.5 hours. You will start in the day shift from 08:00 to 16:30 and later move to a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule. Your main tasks are packing products and monitoring several production machines. You will earn between €2,990 and €3,230 gross per month, including shift allowance.

As a Production Worker, you will work on a production line where several machines produce and process products. Your main responsibility is to monitor the machines and make sure the finished products are packed correctly. You do not need to set up or technically operate the machines yourself. Instead, you keep an eye on the production process, notice when something is not running correctly and make sure the products are handled and packed properly. You will start in the day shift so you have enough time to learn the job and become familiar with the production process. After your training period, you will move to a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule.

Your tasks include:

• Packing finished products;
• Monitoring several production machines;
• Checking whether products come out of the machines correctly;
• Identifying and reporting production issues;
• Keeping your workplace clean and hygienic;
• Following quality and hygiene procedures;
• Working together with your production colleagues.

Because of the hygiene regulations, jewellery, artificial nails and false eyelashes are not allowed during work.

You will work in a professional production environment in Oss where quality, hygiene and careful working are important.

or this position, it is important that you:

• Are willing to work in a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule after your training period;
• Speak and understand enough English or Dutch to follow work instructions;
• Work accurately and pay attention to the production process;
• Enjoy working as part of a team;
• Are willing to follow strict hygiene rules.

Previous production experience is an advantage, but experience in the food industry is not required.

What we offer

• €2,990 to €3,230 gross per month, including shift allowance and depending on the shift schedule;
• A full-time position based on 162.5 hours per month;
• You start in the day shift from 08:00 to 16:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break and 8 paid working hours;
• After your training period, you will move to a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule;
• An 18.5% shift allowance when working in 3 shifts;
• A 28% shift allowance when working in 5 shifts;
• Opportunities to develop yourself and progress towards a supervisory position.
• For the 5-shift schedule, you work according to a fixed 5-week roster with alternating blocks of night, afternoon and morning shifts. Your weekends are free.
